Grade Rosters for the Summer 2015 - Session X and II are open to all faculty. The published deadlines for grade submission on the Academic Calendar are:

Session X: Tuesday July 28, 2015 at 11:59PM EDT

Session II: Wednesday July 29, 2015 at 11:59PM EDT

These are firm deadlines and will not be extended.

If you have not claimed your CUNYfirst account:

1. Claim your account by clicking on the following link,

2. Follow the instructions on the site that will walk you through the process of claiming your account.
3. Once you have claimed your account, refer to the instructions below.

If you have already claimed your CUNYfirst account:

1. Log into CUNYfirst by clicking on the following link,

2. NEW!!! Select, "Faculty Center" from the CUNYFirst homepage, then "My Schedule".

New Grading Interface

We are also pleased to announce that Adarsha Subick and Umit Uyar from Electrical Engineering at CCNY have developed YOUfirst, a browser extension for Chrome, which allows users to reach Faculty Center functions with fewer clicks and with a cleaner interface than is the case for the standard CUNYfirst interface. We suggest if you have any issue with CUNYfirst, to first contact your "Department Point Person". (See the following link for list). http://support.ccny.cuny.edu/cunyfirst/?page_id=1960

NOTE: Department Point Persons cannot access or enter grades but can assist on an in-person basis.

Lastly, The Center for Excellence in Teaching & Learning, (CETL), located in NAC 4/220 A, (phone: (212) 650-6816), will be open to provide  walk-in assistance for faculty who would like help or who may be having issues submitting grades.
